Rob Poulos invented the fat burning furnace a few years ago out of sheer desperation. From an entire lifetime of being overweight, to almost fifty pounds beyond his ideal body mass in his mid-thirties, he knew he had to do something quickly or risk the dangers of obesity, diabetes, COPD, and heart trouble. As he put it in his audio presentation, carrying fifty extra pounds of fat is akin to toting 200 sticks of butter. Yahoo Answers has a pretty good (although disgusting) picture of what ten pounds of fat looks like, so quintuple that picture and you can appreciate Ron’s dilemma. With the Fat Burning Furnace, Mr. Poulos lost forty-two pounds and ten inches from his waistline. After two babies and many extra pounds of her own, Mrs. Poulos didn’t believe his methods at first but eventually had to admit it was working. They did all of that without starvation and a simple exercise plan that lasted only a few minutes a week.
