The Truth About Abs: What Is In Mike’s Kitchen? Part 2

Looking into what Mike Geary has in his kitchen is a very good exercise in knowing what the author of the best selling the truth about abs book does and whether he practices what he preaches!

We have seen that he does not have any junk food and he likes eggs!  He also has:

Coconut Milk.  He mixes this with smoothies, yogurt and/or oatmeal and also with many other dishes that call for milk and contains good, healthy saturated fats.  He says there are some good saturated fats and he proves this point with information he presents in his book.

Other things in his fridge include:  Almonds, pecans and walnuts.  These are full of healthy fats.

Cottage cheese, yogurt and ricotta cheese.  Mixing one of the cheeses with yogurt and nuts can be a mid-morning snack.

Chia seeds, Hemp seeds are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins and minerals that are good for you.

Whole eggs, Salsa, Avocados (healthy fats, fiber and nutrients that you can’t get elsewhere) and

Butter.  Organic if possible, grass fed is best!
